The Athena Collective is a female-focused, nonprofit 501(c)(3) NIL and athlete-development organization that works directly with female student-athletes to build their personal brands, support the recruiting process, and create compliant NIL opportunities. The Athena Collective partners with corporate sponsors and mission-aligned brands to connect student-athletes to real-world marketing, endorsement, and leadership experiences, while also providing scholarships to high school graduates continuing on to college.
