The Athena Collective

The Athena Collective exists to empower, elevate, and invest in women athletes—on the field, in the classroom, and in life.

Named after Athena, the Greek goddess of wisdom, courage, and strategic strength, our collective was built on the belief that women’s sports deserve bold leadership, meaningful investment, and a future defined by opportunity—not limitation.

We are a purpose-driven collective dedicated to supporting female student-athletes through NIL opportunities, leadership development, community engagement, and career preparation, with a strong emphasis on emerging and rapidly growing sports such as women’s flag football.
